Camp 1 – Summer Enrichment Camp
For Rising 5th-12th Graders
First 50 Students
- Session Topics:Creative Arts, Reading & Financial Literary & Technology
- Sessions are Tuesday-Friday, June 19-29 from 9:30am-4pm.
- Sessions are 45 mins-1 hour each.
- Students will rotate to the different session of the camp.
- Total Cost is $50 for the camp, $25 for 2 week that includes, lunch daily, morning and evening snacks with a camp t-shirt.
- Parent Orientation will be held Thursday, May 10th at 7pm SBC Atlanta campus.
Youth will learn:
- Social Skills
- How to become proficient readers
- Instructional structures to target vocabulary development, reading comprehension and written expression
- Sketch, Painting & Sculpture
CAMP 2 – SUMMER ACTING CAMP
For Rising 8th-12th Graders
First 15 Students
ACTING/DRAMA
We offer youth acting classes from the actor who is just beginning to the actor training for a professional career.
Summer acting camp meets Saturday, June 2 – August 11, 2018 10 am to 2pm
Youth will learn:
- Learn Stage presence
- Learn to communicate with your acting partner
- Learn Audition techniques
- Learn to take risks
- Learn to act with a partner and a group
- Speak with clarity
- Gain confidence on and off stage
- Get comfortable being uncomfortable
The summer will culminate with a theatrical production on Saturday, August 11, 2018
There is no charge for the Acting Camp and space is limited. Sign up today Auditions will be held on Saturday, May 19 at 1pm.
