Sunday Morning Experience
In Kidz4Christ, children are challenged every Sunday to learn, believe, accept and share God’s word by trusting in Him. We strive to provide a friendly yet energetic atmosphere.
A formal greeting is given to each child by the check in attendant before entering the fellowship hall for worship. Each child is then greeted by their workshop leader.
During this time leaders are setting the atmosphere for the kidz with praise and worship music.
Immediately after the children’s arrival, worship begins promptly at 11 am where the K4C leader (yes the children lead worship). In this environment we enjoy the presence of God through dance, music and a Bible story. We use mini-skits, props and video presentations to tell the Bible theme of the month.
Small Group Time
After participating in worship, children proceed to their classroom where leaders help them understand the lesson in a smaller setting. In their classes, children will learn how to relate the story to their own lives by trusting God in the story and building relationships.
Every Sunday children fellowship with the same group in order to build relationships with their peers. These relationships are important as the children begin connecting with each other
We write our own curriculum for Nursery-5th graders while using the model of Workshop Rotation by infusing the multiple intelligence theory. The curriculum is built around three principles:
These principles are taught in the form of art, music, games and lecture all while using Bible stories. Every week the kidz experience the Bible theme in a different workshop. This way each child has the ability to experience God through their learning development style.
Visitors are welcome in Kidz4Christ. When you arrive, proceed downstairs where you will find a team of check-in personnel ready to assist you! Our team will guide you through the check-in process and personally escort you to our worship space. If you have any questions about the process or the Sunday morning flow, just ask one our check-in team members for assistance. They will be happy to assist you.
In Kidz4Christ, we use KidCheck as a way to provide secure children’s check-in solutions.
Through KidCheck we are able to view pertinent information about your child such as allergies/medical alerts.
If you decide to register your child, complete the Enrollment Form via KidCheck. Once your child is enrolled, we will have all necessary information.
Each month new Parent Cards are available for parents. Pick up a parent card at the check in station so that you can stay informed of what’s happening in Kidz4Christ each month. The front of the card includes everything you need to know about what your child is learning. On the back of the card, we celebrate a parent, child or volunteer of the month. We also include fun activities you can do with your child that will help reinforce the lesson of the month.
Every Sunday, volunteers show up with enthusiasm and energy working together with a common purpose—creating a fun environment to learn about God. Kidz4Christ is sustained by paid staff and volunteers but wouldn’t be possible without our committed volunteers. Every team member has an important role they play in the lives children. So volunteers are always needed! Some available volunteer roles and positions are:
