We value the church and believe it is a place that intentionally provides a dynamic and culturally relevant worship experience where community is celebrated and practiced.
We value stewardship and believe it is expressed through Salem Bible Church's proper management of all God has given us with the purpose of expanding His kingdom. We also believe it is unbiblical to expend the church's precious resources on that which does not fulfill her vision.
We value the biblical tithe and believe each Salem Bible Church member should commit to give at least one tenth of his/her income in response to the leading of the Holy Spirit and obedience to the Word of God.
We value the spiritual discipline of prayer, fasting and Bible study and each Salem Bible Church member should be taught how to develop personal daily intimacy with Christ.

We value the church as a place that should foster opportunities for people to meet Christ through various ministry events and developing relationships with transformed Salem Bible Church members.
We value the fruit of a transformed life and believe it is service to the body of Christ, thus we are committed to encourage every Salem Bible Church member to be involved in at least one ministry and a Sunday school class.
