Deacons: Consists of faithful men of the congregation who have been selected by the Pastors of the church to serve the membership.

Deaconess: Consists of faithful women of the congregation who have been selected by the Pastors of the church to serve the membership.

Intercessory Prayer: Prayer team members pray for the pastoral leadership, the building of God's ministry, the community, nation and the world as well as sick and shut in members, the bereaved and all Saints in need of prayer.

Music, Worship & Arts:  Various ministries are a part of this department including all Choirs, Worship Teams, Liturgical Dancers, the Beatrice Tolbert Hands of Worship, and Willa Griffin Poetic Praise Ministry.

God First Doorkeepers: These are the Ushers of the church. They maintain a spiritual order of seating and assisting congregants.

Coin-o-nia: This ministry meets and greets worshippers with a spirit of love, and assists visitors and members with registering for ministries and special events.

Salem Samaritans: This ministry is also know as the nurses guild.  The Samaritans are prepared to provide medical attention to those who are in need during our worship services.

The Christian Education Ministry supervises the entire educational program of the church.  In conjunction with Ministry Leaders and/or designees, this Ministry previews and selects materials to be utilized for discipleship and leadership training.  These training courses are offered to all who desire to study the scriptures, to learn of Christ and better represent Him in the world through faith, hope and love.

Couples Ministry: Teaches couples how to keep the love bank full as they mirror Christ's relationship with the Church.

Young Professional Network: A network of young adults, ages 20-40, who seek to have quarterly activities and networking opportunities to address our spiritual, intellectual and social needs

Men's Ministry: The purpose is to build strong Christian men to work in Kingdom building

Women's Ministry: The purpose is to build strong Godly women to work in Kingdom building. This ministry is open to all women of Salem.

Mother's Board: Caters to seasoned women of the church. Among other activities, they serve as surrogate mothers and advisors to younger women of the church.

Crown of Glory: If God has blessed you to be 55 years of age of older, we have designed this ministry just for you. Activities and annual trips are planned with our senior members in mind.

Health & Fitness: Provides an opportunity for continued fun and fellowship through physical activities and team sports.

The Pastor's vision is to provide an environment that is safe and nurturing in order to foster  spiritual growth for the impressionable years. We aim to assist parents in the spiritual development of their children in every aspect of their Christian Walk, through the knowledge and instructions of the Word of God. We also aim to equip and guide every child in becoming effective and productive in the body of Christ.

Salem Bible Church's Children and Youth ministry is comprised of three divisions according to age. Children birth to 5th grades, 6th-8th grades, and 9th -12th grades. These divisions ensure that all youth are experiencing God in age appropriate ways.
